Rim Rock Lodge is a secluded and historic retreat located just five miles from I-90 and the town of Spearfish, South Dakota. Surrounded by towering limestone walls with breathtaking views, it is ideal for hiking, fishing, climbing and biking. Rim Rock Lodge has 4 renovated cabins, three luxury suites, indoor/outdoor event space, and a gallery/gift shop that features local artists and offers wine, beer and light bites. It is the perfect spot for romantic/weekend getaways, active vacations and small special events. We are a no pet facility. Cabins do not have television, internet or phones. Cell phone service on the property is intermittent because of the deep canyon setting. We do not provide maid service, however on the third day of your stay, we will refresh your linens upon request. All individuals staying in a cabin must be registered. Continental breakfast is included in the nightly rate. Plates, cups, utensils, coffee makers and grilling equipment are available upon request. Office Hours are 8 AM to 8 PM MT.

General Policy
Complementary Continental Breakfast includes: Assortment of pastries, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea & juice.
Written Cancellation Policy
If you arrive with a pet(s) and/or more guests than indicated on your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. * You may cancel up to 4pm MT 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. If guest cancels within 48 hours of check-in, the deposit is non-refundable plus a $25 cancellation fee. All service fees non refundable.

One night stay is due at time of booking and remaining balance is be due 10 days prior to check-in.

STURGIS RALLY POLICY: 3 Night Minimum STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is due May 1st. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATIONS: If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 1st the deposit will be returned if the cabin is able to be re-rented less $25 cancellation fee + 5% handing fee. If a reservation is cancelled after May 1st no refund is due. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies.
