Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m MT, 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $50 fee. Cancellations made 13-4 days prior to arrival date are charged 50% of the reservation cost + $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 3 days of the arrival date are non refundable. Holiday reservations require a 14 day cancellations policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $50 fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 14 days of arrival date are non refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
One nights lodging is due at time of booking. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Check In
2 PM MT. A credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges. Property amenities are subject to change.

11 AM MT
Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property which welcomes pets in all of the RV sites and campsites. Pets are not allowed in any of the cabins or the Mickelson Suite. Animals must not be left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. There is no pet fee.
Other Policy
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Full, non refundable payment is due at the time of booking. YOU MUST SIGN AND RETURN THE ATTACHED CONTRACT FROM BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION CAN BE FINALIZED. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Reservation is non refundable if cancelled.
