Has Wifi and Internet. - APARTMENT: This is an air conditioned studio apartment that sleeps 8 people with 2 King Beds, 2 Full Beds and a sofa sleeper. This apartment has a full kitchen and 1 bathroom, and has WiFi and internet. No Smoking No Pets

Policies

General Policy
The house sleeps up to 20 people. The studio apartment sleeps up to 8. No Smoking and no pets. Alcoholic beverages in moderation.
Written Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 2 weeks before arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card. If a reservation is cancelled before the final payment the deposit is non refundable, if cancelled after final payment has been taken there is no refund. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking.
Written Deposit Policy
The house requires a $1200 refundable damage deposit and the apartment has a $300 refundable damage deposit (check or money order) is due when you arrive and will be collected by the homeowner. Homeowner will inspect the home after checkout. If there is no damage, the damage deposit will be refunded within two weeks.
