General Policy

Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged a $25 fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Holiday reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $25 fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

3:00 p.m. MT. A credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental charges. Property amenities are subject to change. Hotel photos representative only.

Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property which welcomes up to 2 dogs, with a 80 pound weight limit, in select pet-designated rooms. Cats and birds may be allowed, upon approval by the front desk. Animals must not be left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. The nonrefundable fee is $10 per night with a $100 per week maximum.
Other Policy
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. 50% is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a $650 per room cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled on or after June 1st, no refund is due.
