Written Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 1st, the deposit is non refundable. If a reservation is cancelled after May 1st, no refund is due. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. All service fees non refundable. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies.
Written Deposit Policy
Private home rentals require 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is due May 1st. A $1000 Refundable damage deposit is required at the time of arrival and will be collected by the homeowner. The homeowner has 10 days after your departure to refund the deposit.
