Policies

General Policy
No internet access available. Meeting and Banquet Facilities are available for an additional fee. No smoking in cabins.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $50 cancellation fee. All service fees are non refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. All cabin cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday & Special Event Cancellation Policy Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card

Other Policy
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Full, non refundable payment is due at the time of booking. All stays between August 7 - August 16, 2020 are non refundable. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Reservation is non refundable if cancelled.
