Welcome to the Bowman Ridge Cabin a log cabin located approximately 13 miles south of Custer on 5 acres. Custer is home to the 1881 Courthouse Museum and offers unique shopping opportunities and a variety of dining choices. The Mickelson Trail can be accessed from the trailhead in Pringle just minutes from the Bowman Ridge Cabin. The trail is 109 miles long and contains more than 100 converted railroad bridges and 4 rock tunnels. The trail surface is primarily crushed limestone and gravel. There is a 3.2 mile paved spur that connects to Stockade Lake. Bowman Ridge Cabin is conveniently located for guests to enjoy day trips exploring the beautiful Black Hills National Forest and surrounding areas including Devils Tower, Badlands National Park and a short drive from Wind Cave National Park, Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park. The main floor of the Bowman Ridge Cabin has a queen master bedroom, full bath, living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities. The loft has a queen bed. The lower level has a queen bedroom, full bath, family and queen bed. Additional amenities include A/C, WIFI, gas grill, TV service, local phone calls.

Policies

General Policy
Guest will not have more than the number of adults and children listed to occupy this unit, and must be 25 years of age to rent units. If these maximums are broken, you may be asked to vacate the rental immediately. NO REFUNDS will be given. No Tents or Campers allowed on the property.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The balance of reservation is due at this time. Reservations cancelled prior to this deadline will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $125.00. No refunds will be allowed after the cancellation deadline. All service fees are nonrefundable.
Written Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a Cleaning Fee of $180 of which payment is due at the time of booking.
Check In
4:00 p.m. MT Check in instructions along with directions to the property will be provided one week prior to your arrival.
Check Out
10:00 a.m. MT Late check outs are assessed a $150 fee.  Check out instructions are located at the property. 
Pets Policy
There are NO PETS allowed in the cabin or on the premises. YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A Fine OF $750 FOR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING IF EVIDENCE OF A PET IS FOUND and you will be immediately asked to vacate the property and will forfeit the rental fee.
Other Policy
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE RENTAL. YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A FINE OF $750 FOR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING IF EVIDENCE OF SMOKING IS FOUND and you will be asked to immediately vacate the property and will forfeit the rental fee.   All cigarette butts shall be disposed of in the proper receptacles which are provided for your convenience outside the Rental.  Failure to abide may result in an additional FEE OF $250 BEING CHARGED FOR CLEANUP.  Guest will not have more than the number of adults and children listed to occupy this unit, and must be 25 years of age to rent units.  If these maximums are broken, you may be asked to vacate the rental immediately.  NO REFUNDS will be given.
