General Policy
Campground & Camping Cabins. No out of state fire wood permitted. Office hours off season 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT. Office hours peak season 8 a.m. to 9 P.M. MT. Physical Location 23821 Highway 385 4 miles east Hill City, SD 57745
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $25 fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 3 days of the arrival date are non refundable. Holiday reservations require a 14 day cancellations policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $25 fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 14 days of arrival date are non refundable. **All service fees are non-refundable.**
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival.
Check In
Cabins: Check In time 3 p.m. MT RV's, Tents: Check In time 11 a.m. MT. Arrivals after 9 p.m. MT need to call the office for instructions. Sturgis Rally: Same policies apply.
Check Out
Cabins: 11 A.M.. MT RV's, Tents: 11 a.m. MT. Any late check out must be approved by the front desk.
Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property which welcomes animals in select pet-designated cabins. Animals must be kenneled if left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. The nonrefundable fee is $5 per pet, per night. Quiet, well-behaved pets are allowed in the campsites at no extra charge, but must be kept on a leash at all times. You must clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in any of the campground buildings.
Other Policy
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Full, non refundable payment is due at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Reservation is non refundable if cancelled.
